Do I need towels, slippers, bathrobe?
- Towels are supplied, we do not supply bathrobes.
- We recommend slippers, as outdoor footwear must be removed in the lobby.
Do you supply food, breakfast, evening meals or refreshments?
- We do not supply any food, you can prepare your own in the kitchen.
- Coffee, Tea and sugar, milk are provided.
- You are allocated a mug, plate, cutlery for your use.
- You may use kitchen equipment, microwave, cooker, kettle, pots and pans, and other kitchen tools.
- You can use the refrigerator for small amounts of food.
Washing up as you go is expected, you will be sharing with others.
We offer self-catering only accommodation.
Is there a departure, arrival time limit, key, leave and return, policy?
Guests should be considerate as others, including hosts, may be on-site, we respect that early starts and late evenings are possible.
Guests should arrive after 2pm, and vacate before 11am. However, by arrangement, this isn't a hard and fast rule.
You will receive an electronic tag for entry to the property on arrival. This is your responsibility to return. Failure to return will incur a £3.00 replacement fee.
Can I sleep during the day if on night shifts?
You may do so, but be aware that the location is on the main street, we also have daily routines that may be noisy. If you do require daytime rest, this may not be the ideal location.
What are your do and don't?
- Do wash your dishes
- Do follow rubbish procedures
- Do keep music, TV, noise to a low level
- Do enter and leave quietly, especially during sleep time.
- Don't smoke in the property.
- Don't consume food in bedrooms.
- Don't use outdoor footwear on carpeted areas, unless clean and dry.
- Don't cause a disturbance through alcohol, or any other cause.
DO respect this is a family home, enjoy your stay, and come back again.

All Bookings and Reservations are subject to our terms herein.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any booking.
- All reservations are subject to payment prior to arrival, unless prior agreement is in place.
- We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for reckless damage.
- On receipt of payment, a booking is considered approved. However, it may still be cancelled and a refund given.
- We do not provide any meals, however, we do permit the use of our facilities to prepare and consume your own food.
- We will permit shared use of our storage, freezer, refrigerator etc for produce.
- As this is also a family home, we request that guests are respectful of both ourselves and our neighbours.
- You are expected to keep both room and shared facilities clean and tidy, given that others may be using them.
- We provide Internet access while you are with us, but accept no responsibility for loss of access, as this is a FREE service.
- Any other in-room facility to aid home office working is discretionary and may not always be available.
We operate a no smoking policy in all areas of our property, this also applies to other recreational consumption of drugs, or excessive alcohol.
We require guests to remove outdoor footwear and use suitable footwear on carpeted areas. The lobby is the exception.
Guest should seek advice where equipment is believed to be faulty in order that we can quickly resolve any issues.

We do not share your details with other organizations. If a very unlikely situation should arise where a legal solution would be the only recourse, we would then pass on details to any legally entitled organisation. We will leave a review on the Airbnb website in accordance with the rules, however we will only disclose as per the privacy rules that they adhere to. |
